These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ConvoPilot, a customer engagement platform operated by Bransarv Digital Pvt Ltd ("ConvoPilot," "we," "us," or "our") at convopilot.bransarvdigital.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be authorized to act on behalf of the organization you register, and you agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including messaging and data protection regulations. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
The Service integrates with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and may integrate with other third-party channels. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the relevant third party's terms (including Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Platform Terms). You are solely responsible for obtaining any required consent from your customers before messaging them, and for complying with WhatsApp's messaging and opt-in requirements.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of the data and content (including customer conversations) you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you, including any AI features you choose to enable.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required to comply with a third-party platform policy (such as WhatsApp's). You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, including of third-party integrations outside our control (such as Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bransarv Digital Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
